Coastal Saltmarsh

Plan status: Implementation underway

Vision statement

Coastal saltmarshes lie at the top of the intertidal zone on fine sediments. The vegetation here is adapted to regular immersion by the tide. This action plan aims to maintain and expand the area of coastal saltmarshes in Sussex.
