Our objectives for Lowland wood pasture, parkland and veteran trees are:
Ensure positive management of all key sites, to include wildlife as well as landscape and historic interest. Increase the area of Lowland wood pasture in the long term, by reinstating the habitat on sites where it occurred historically. Ensure the continuity of ancient trees and retain veteran trees wherever they occur.
