National action plan - Dolomedes plantarius (Fen Raft Spider)

Vision statement

PhD research and long-term monitoring at one of the three UK sites have elucidated a number of options for the conservation of this species, including the bulk rearing of individuals to form the nucleus of a programme of augmentation at existing sites and translocation to new site/s. No long-term monitoring is yet in place at two of the UK sites.
