Why can't I login?

Problems logging in to the BARS website may be caused by the following:

No user account

You must have been configured as a BARS user in order to login to the website.   BARS also holds details of contacts but these do not have a user name or password allocated to them and cannot access the BARS user area.

Incorrect user name or password

You may have incorrectly typed in your user name or password.  Note that both user name and password are case sensitive so be sure that you do not have the 'Caps Lock' key activated.

Failure to accept terms and conditions of use

When you first attempt to login to the BARS website you are required to accept the terms and conditions of use.  You will not be given access to the BARS user area until you have indicated you acceptance of these terms and conditions of use.

Suspended user account

Your account may have been suspended by a BARS administrator.  Users with suspended accounts may not access the BARS user area.  To find out if your account has been suspended, raise a query using the feedback form
